At Bear Paw Lodge, we offer a variety of Vacation Home rentals located on Vallecito Lake and just North of the lake. These Vacation Homes are very special accommodations for individual or multilple families vacationing together, small family reunions or a single couple.

All Vacation Home rentals are furnished with sheets, extra blankets, towels, toilet paper, dish and bath soap. Kitchens are fully equipped including refrigerator, microwave, gas or electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, silverware and pots and pans. Some homes have dishwashers. All homes have a charcoal or gas grill.

Some Vacation Homes are equipped with Satellite TV, VCR's and DVD players. Courtesy videos are available at the Bear Paw Lodge Office.

Some Vacation Homes have a rock fire pit for guests to enjoy outdoor campfires.

All Vacation Home rentals are Non-Smoking.

No Pets are allowed in the Vacation Home rentals.

Vacation Home Guests are welcome to visit the playground at Bear Paw Lodge. The playground has swings, horseshoes, volleyball and a sandbox.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. If arriving after 6:00 p.m., call in advance to make arrangements.

Rates listed do not include tax. Tax rate is 6.8%.
Minimum night stay may be required between May 20 and September 5.

50% deposit is required by check or money order on all reservations. A Confirmation Letter will be sent upon receipt of deposit and balance is due upon arrival. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard and American Express at check-in.
Base rates of Cabin or Vacation Home rental include first 2, 4 or 6 persons as indicated. Most Cabins and Vacation Homes can accommodate additional persons for an additional $10 per person per night.
Deposits are refundable with 60 or more days cancellation notice prior to the check-in date. No refunds of deposit on cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check-in unless Cabin or Vacation Home is re-rented. A $30.00 accounting fee, per Cabin or Vacation Home rental, is deducted from all cancellation refunds. No refunds for early departure.
On arrival we accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Pet Information

Bear Paw Lodge is Pet Friendly and our following policies are established so present and future Guests can enjoy their vacation. Please be considerate of others and abide by our Pet Policies:

Pets are welcome with prior approval before arrival.
Rate: $10 per night for pet.
Pets up to 30 pounds are welcome in our Cabins but not in the Vacation Homes.
Owners are responsible for their pet’s actions and for any damage.
Pet cannot be left unattended at any time inside the Cabin.
Pet must never be on beds or furniture.
When outside the Cabin, pet must be on a leash at all times.
Do not tie up pet outside and leave unattended.
Guest pets only are allowed on our property. Do not invite other pets to visit.
Pet owner is responsible for clean up inside and outside the Cabin.
Owner will be asked to take the pet to a kennel when disturbing other Guests.
There will be an additional $50.00 charge per day for an undeclared pet. Guests may be asked to leave without refund.
